Several years later, one newStar Warsfilm in with another on the way and several new canon books later,Catalyst: A Rogue One Novelhas emerged.
Author ofCatalyst,James Luceno, is a certainly familiar face to the expanded universe. Having written severalStar Warsnovels, now considered Legends, such asDarth Plagueis,Millennium Falcon,Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vaderand much more. Luceno was also responsible for last years hit new canon novel,Tarkin.
His latest novel is a set up for the newest and firstStar Warsspinoff film,Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The synopsis follows:
War is tearing the galaxy apart. For years the Republic and the Separatists have battled across the stars, each building more and more deadly technology in an attempt to win the war.
