Speaking to Variety at the premiere ofX-Men: Apocalypse,Bryan Singerdiscussed the possibility of Deadpool appearing alongside the X-Men after the character proved popular enough to top $760 million in global box office receipts. Though rumors have placed Deadpool alongside mutants in anX-Forcemovie, most fans are wondering if the Merc with a Mouth could actually join the A-team of mutants. Singer acknowledged the fan’s wishes saying If you take a character as irreverent and meta as Deadpool and connect him to something as grounded and serious as X-Men, you have to do it carefully and gently.X-Men: Apocalypseopens in theatres stateside on May 27th.

There’s aMartianreunion in the making with Deadline reporting that directorRidley Scottis set to re-team with 20th Century Foxand hisMartianscribeDrew Goddardfor an adaptation of theS. Craig ZahlernovelWraiths of the Broken Land, which would see Ridley Scott directing a Western for the first time in his career. The story revolves around the attempt to rescue two kidnapped sisters forced into prostitution with the tone being described as having elements of “horror, noir, and Asian ultra-violence.”MartianproducerSimon Kinbergis also involved. Scott is currently in production on hisPrometheussequelAlien: Covenantand maintains he will round out the franchise with another sequel that will connect the series back toAlien, so it’s unclear whereWraiths of the Broken Landfits on his schedule.

Fox signedThe Fault in Our StarsdirectorJosh Booneto co-write and direct last May with Boone recently teasing the mutants he plans on using as the main line up, hinting that the movie could go into production sooner rather than later. When Collider’s own Steve Weintraubrecently sat down with producer Simon Kinbergat the press day forX-Men: Apocalypse, Kinberg revealed that they hope thatNew Mutantswill start filming at the beginning of next year with one key X-Men character also involved: Professor X.

The first trailer for writer/directorKevin Smith’sbuddy comedyYoga Hosershas finally landed online. The film starsHarley Quinn SmithandLily-Rose Deppas a pair of teenage convenience store clerks both named Colleen who become embroiled in a mysterious invasion by Nazi sausage monsters named “Bratzis,” who are all played by Kevin Smith himself in heavy makeup. The Colleens are aided in their case byJohnny Depp’sbumbling private detective Guy Lapionte, who first appeared in Smith’s horror thrillerTusk. The film will hit theaters on July 29th.

The new trailer forWoody Allen’sCafé Societywas released yesterday giving us a new look at the 1930’s set romance that starsJesse Eisenberg,Steve Carell,Kristin StewartandBlake Lively. The movie tells the story of Bronx-born Bobby Dorfman played by Eisenberg, as he moves to Hollywood, falls in love, and then moves back to New York, where he is swept up in the vibrant world of high society nightclub life. The movie is set to open the Cannes Film Festival on May 11, making it Allen’s third time opening the prestigious festival. The film hits theatres this July 15th.

Hey Collider Movie Talk! Thank you so much for taking my question; I have been with you guys since the AMC days. How are movie studios able to keep things so secret? There are hundreds if not thousands of people who work on these movies. What do the studios do to keep everyone quiet? Extras, people who cut trailers, etc. it seems like someone is gonna give at some point. When they do, what do studios do in response to that if the person that leaked any information is caught?
